We've been in coffee our whole life, going from farm to farm, roaster to roaster seeing coffee in every way we could.
We started Lay Day to remove the jargon and the coffee wankery. To provide the best coffee available without using coffee industry short-cuts.
IF THESE BEANS COULD TALK
We would sell them for millions and retire in a Spanish villa.
Unfortunately they can't. But still impressive - our coffee is carefully grown by farmers, dried for weeks, packaged up and sent 1000's of kilometres across oceans to every corner of the globe.
At Lay Day we take our sourcing very seriously. We ensure transparent practices across the whole supply chain - from farm to home.
