In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function, then a full refund will be made in its original payment method.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please note that Lay Day products bought via any other retailer, must be returned to that retailer and cannot be returned via this website.
